Andre’s story began in South Africa, where he trained and worked as an accountant. But it didn’t take long before he was drawn to property – selling homes on weekends to make ends meet while still in his early twenties. That experience planted a seed: a love for homes, people, and the satisfaction of helping someone achieve something meaningful.
After building a successful career in executive finance and digital communications, including leading international business ventures and founding multiple companies, Andre and his family made the move to Australia in 2018, eventually settling in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
In 2023, he returned to his roots in real estate – this time with decades of business leadership experience, negotiation skills, and people-first values behind him. Sherman Real Estate was born with one goal in mind: to offer a smarter, simpler, and more supportive property experience for local homeowners.
