Extremely positive experience with selling our house

Selling our house with Andre Sherman and the team at Danielle Young Property was an extremely positive experience for myself and my family. Right from our initial meeting, Andre and Danielle gave us a great deal of confidence that they were the right people to market our home. Their knowledge of the current market regarding our requirements was comprehensive as was the outline of their marketing strategy, which included contingencies for all possible scenarios. Communication throughout the entire process was transparent, open and honest and was facilitated through a WhatsApp group so all parties were looped in at all times. Marketing was competitive and very professionally executed with amazing photography and videography that captured the unique essence of our home. We also opted to get the house styled which was handled by the same team and was, again, competitive and very professionally done. Andre managed to secure us a contract within 2 days of our first open home at a price we were extremely satisfied with.
